I believe the best kind of therapy stems from a strong therapeutic relationship. For this reason, my approach to therapy is from a strengths-based, empathetic, and non-judgmental stance. Upon request, I can incorporate astrology and tarot into our therapeutic work together

My approach to therapy is rooted in trauma-informed and cognitive-behavioral practices, with specialized training in EMDR and perinatal/women's mental health. I use a flexible blend of evidence-based treatment tailored to your personal goals and needs.

I work holistically, meaning that I take into consideration many aspects of your wellbeing. I draw from a range of theories, including: CBT, Psychodynamic, Interpersonal, and Attachment-Based. I seek to provide you with a safe space to share your story.

I know what it means to feel worn down by circumstances you didn’t choose — and to discover, over time, that renewed strength and hope are still possible.

My work as a therapist is shaped by both professional experience and lived reality. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside others as they navigate life’s challenges, clarify what they believe, and reconnect with their ability to choose how they move forward.
