Erica K. Smith, MSW, LCSW provides individual clinical supervision for provisionally licensed social workers (LCSWAs) in North Carolina. About Erica's Supervision Approach

Supervision with Erica is relational at its core. Sessions are a space to think deeply about your clinical work, develop your identity as a therapist, and navigate the real ethical and emotional complexity of this field. Erica integrates her expertise in EMDR, DBT, trauma-informed practice, and identity-affirming care into every supervision relationship.

Who Erica Supervises:

Erica provides board-approved clinical supervision for Licensed Clinical Social Work Associates (LCSWAs) in North Carolina working toward full LCSW licensure. Supervisees work across a range of settings including private practice, community mental health, and group practices.

Supervision is $100 per session and available both in-person in Raleigh, NC and virtually across North Carolina.
