Our phone line is not staffed continuously. Our clinicians are in session, and our admin hours go to coordinating care and insurance for the people we are currently serving.
If you call, please leave a voicemail. We return voicemails within one business day — but usually not the same day you call. You should also receive an automated text response.

Whole Mentality is an outpatient practice, not a crisis service. We do not monitor our phone, email, or forms after business hours.
