Hi—glad you’re here. Whether you’re feeling ready for therapy or still unsure, I aim to create a space that feels warm, welcoming, and non-intimidating from the start. My hope is that therapy feels collaborative and human, not stiff or clinical. Building trust and connection is central to my work, and I believe the relationship we form in therapy can be a powerful driver of change. I bring an easygoing presence to sessions, along with a touch of sarcastic humor, and I value showing up as a real, authentic person in the room with you.

I strongly connect with the idea of the “wounded healer”—someone who learned how to support others by first navigating their own challenges. My motivation for this work comes directly from my lived experience. As a queer person in a cis-hetero-passing relationship, I’ve spent time wrestling with questions around identity, visibility, and what it means to feel “queer enough.” Those experiences allow me to deeply empathize with clients who have felt unseen, invalidated, or misunderstood. I’m especially passionate about working with LGBTQ+ folks and people exploring their identities, and I strive to make sure every client feels affirmed, empowered, and accepted exactly as they are.

My clinical style is flexible and integrative, drawing from person-centered therapy, DBT, cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness-based approaches, and process-oriented work. Sessions are tailored to your needs, with an emphasis on curiosity, collaboration, and practical support. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, self-harm behaviors, relationship stress, identity exploration, or life transitions, I’ll be in your corner—supporting your growth and helping you reconnect with your resilience.

If any part of this resonates with you, I’d love to connect. Reaching out can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to have it all figured out—just showing up is enough.

Any pets?

As far as four legs goes... I have two cats, Filo and Charlotte. As far as no legs goes... I have a snake, Jarvis (yes, an iron man reference).

Favorite media?

I love a good TV show or movie, anime, video games, YouTube, and books—especially anything fictional. I’m a big fan of escaping the day-to-day and getting lost in other worlds for a while. I even have a tattoo sleeve inspired by some of my favorite media, including video games like Pikmin, Stardew Valley, and Minecraft, along with elements from Studio Ghibli films.

Some of my favorite TV shows are Dexter, Supernatural, and (currently) The Pitt. When it comes to anime, I love Hunter x Hunter, Darling in the Franxx, and The Apothecary Diaries. For movies, Iron Man and Pacific Rim are go-to favorites.

What are you up to in your free time?

In my free time, you’ll most likely find me in bed watching a TV show or anime—sometimes with my husband, sometimes not. If I’m not doing that, I’m probably playing video games. I love going to anime conventions and doing cosplay, and I enjoy painting when the mood strikes. And honestly? I will never say no to a good nap.

Favorite foods?

I love crab legs… unfortunately my stomach does not share that enthusiasm, but it's worth it. I’m a total sucker for McDonald’s French fries. When it comes to sweets, I’m not picky—white chocolate, ice cream, cake, yes please. I’m almost always carrying an energy drink (Red Bull is the go-to), but if not, I’m happily sipping matcha or black tea.
