MEET eden, Lmft:

(she/her)

I do not take lightly what an honor it is to hold space for my clients.

Currently accepting new clients for September 2026 start date.

Any pets?

I have a 6-year-old orange kitty named Carrie Fisher. I named him after the iconic actress that played Princess Leia because I love Star Wars and strong outspoken women.

Favorite Media:

I am such a lover of media and pop culture. It is a HUGE aspect of my personality. I love movies, reading, music, and a good tv show. If there is a popular show of the month, I am probably watching it. If there is a concert in town that I can get tickets to, I am probably attending. And if there is a new movie out, I’m there opening weekend. Some of my all time favorites include Star Wars, Marvel/super hero related things, Jane Austen, Harry Styles, and old Hollywood.

Favorite Foods:

I love pastries and coffee. I also love Italian food, Puerto Rican food, Mexican food, and Greek food. And snacks! I believe snacks are a major food group.

I consider it a privilege to support my clients as they navigate life's challenges. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I view each person within the context of their relationships and believe that healing and growth often happen through connection. My goal is to help clients recognize their strengths, let go of unhelpful patterns, and feel empowered to create meaningful, lasting change. With the right support, healing is possible.

I specialize in working with teens and young adults, while also supporting couples and families navigating conflict, life transitions, self-esteem issues, anxiety, trauma, depression, neurodivergent disorders, and other challenges. My approach is integrative, drawing from a variety of therapeutic models to meet each client’s unique needs. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and more.

At the heart of my work is a deep sense of empathy, compassion, and respect for each person’s experiences. I am passionate about helping clients not only navigate their internal world, but also strengthen the relationships and support systems that matter most to them. Together, we’ll work to harness your strengths, deepen your connections, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
