Clinical Supervision for NC based LCSW-A therapists:

If you are interested in working with Erica for your clinical supervision as a newly/provisionally licensed LCSW-A therapist:

  • Contact Erica to schedule a dual interview. A dual interview is where the potential supervision candidate interviews Erica and vice versa to determine if they will be a good fit for each other. Supervision is extremely relational. It is important for the supervision candidate to identify a positive connection with the supervisor, as it is for the supervisor to want to support the potential supervision candidate.

  • Be prepared with your license number and/or expected date of licensure.
